I know the last couple videos I have posted have been around post moves, but I think once you start to get a handle for the post play you will definitely appreciate my heavy focus on it. If you want an idea of how dominating the post play can be, try using Pau Gasol down low when testing this out. He is money against most big men on opposing teams.
