It seems like Linsanity (doubt many people remember the original Vincanity) is not only making and demanding recognition in the real world but now the virtual world cant help but recognize the impact and direct reflection of his skill that is required. In NBA 2k12′s most recent roster update Jeremy Lin got a much needed rating boost from a 56 to a69. While the debate seems to circle around the argument of it being a too little or right on point evaluation, the fact still remains his hype warranted the boost.
Personally I feel 69 is far evaluation, this being because myself along with other are not convinced that Lin’s impact and efficiency will remain constant after Melo and Stoudmire are introduced back to the line-up. But while there introduction and impact should not warrant a decrease in his value, it could mean an increase if he is able to maintain his level of efficiency alongside to proven superstars. While I don’t want to give you my opinionated breakdown I think the increase well definitely translate to a positive correlation between the amount of people who use the Knick and the amount of people who use Jeremy Lin as the primary offensive threat on the knick.
